How we deliver Pekoe tea across Switzerland, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders of CHF 45.00 or more.
Orders below CHF 45.00 are charged a flat fee of CHF 5.00. The fee is fixed — it applies regardless of product type, weight, or quantity.
Carrier
We ship with Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post).
- Single-product orders: Päckli Small (up to 1 kg)
- Multi-item orders: Päckli Medium (up to 2 kg)
- Both services include parcel tracking.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery within Switzerland is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship within Switzerland only. No international shipping is available at this time.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your parcel directly at post.ch.
Returns & exchanges
Tea is a consumable product. We cannot accept returns of opened packages.
- Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us at hello@pekoe.ch within 5 days of delivery. We will reship or refund in full at no cost to you.
