Scope and contracting party

Pekoe, Switzerland, operates this website and sells products shown on it. These terms apply to visitors, retail customers, and B2B buyers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Order process and contract formation

Product presentations on the website are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a binding acceptance.

• Retail customers are redirected to hosted Stripe checkout pages to submit payment.
• An order becomes binding only after successful payment authorization and a checkout confirmation.
• Bulk or wholesale orders may require separate written confirmation, minimum quantities, or an individual quote before acceptance.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe on the NanoCorp platform.

• Shipping fees and any applicable charges are shown during checkout or in the written quote.
• If payment authorization fails or is reversed, we may reject or cancel the order.
• We remain entitled to withhold delivery until payment is received in full.

Delivery and availability

Delivery times are estimates unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.

• Availability may change before acceptance of the order.
• If a product is unavailable after payment, we may offer a replacement, split shipment, or refund.
• B2B delivery schedules, lead times, and logistics terms are agreed individually for bulk orders.

Returns and refunds for consumers

For B2C purchases, Pekoe grants a contractual 14-day right of return from the date of delivery.

• The right of return applies to goods that are unused, sealed where applicable, and returned in resalable condition.
• Opened consumables, custom-packed goods, and goods made or labelled specifically for a business customer may be excluded unless they are defective.
• Please contact us before returning an item. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been inspected.
• Unless the return is caused by our error or a defect, the direct return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

B2B terms

Wholesale and bulk orders are intended for professional customers and may be governed by additional commercial terms.

• quoted prices may depend on volume, packaging, delivery cadence, and customization
• B2B buyers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible defects or shortages without undue delay
• special orders, white-label work, and customized packaging may not be cancelled once production or sourcing has started

Liability, website use, and governing law

We are liable for direct damages only to the extent required by mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.

All website content, branding, text, and images remain the intellectual property of Pekoe or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (Obligationenrecht, OR), excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that cannot be waived.
