What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate this website, answer business enquiries, and complete purchases.

  • Contact and enquiry data, such as name, email address, company name, business type, and message contents submitted through the contact form.
  • Order and payment-related data processed through Stripe and NanoCorp, such as customer name, email address, purchased items, amount, currency, payment status, and Stripe session identifier.
  • Technical usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, timestamps, referrers, and cookie-like identifiers used for site operation or analytics.
  • Email correspondence and support messages exchanged with us.

Why we process data

We process personal data under the Swiss nDSG/FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR for the following purposes:

  • to fulfil orders, process payments, and coordinate delivery
  • to answer B2B and customer service enquiries
  • to send transactional communications relating to quotes, orders, refunds, or support
  • to protect the website, prevent abuse, and keep internal logs
  • to comply with accounting, tax, and other legal obligations
  • to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site

Processors and third parties

We use service providers that process personal data on our behalf or receive data as part of the services you choose to use.

  • Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing
  • Vercel for website hosting and delivery
  • NanoCorp platform services used by this website, including hosted payment/webhook infrastructure and visitor analytics
  • an email service provider if and when enquiry replies or transactional emails are sent through an external mailing service

International transfers, retention, and security

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or equivalent legal transfer mechanisms.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, including contract performance, support, fraud prevention, and statutory accounting or record-keeping duties.

Payment card details are handled on Stripe's hosted pages and are not stored directly on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses technical storage and similar technologies required for operation, and it uses a limited analytics beacon to understand aggregate traffic and page usage.

If cookies or similar identifiers are used for analytics, you can usually control them through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some website functions.

We do not sell personal data and do not use this site for behavioral advertising.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or, if the GDPR applies, with your local data protection authority.
